also, what type of frame are you looking for? Most people usually start with the frame and need parts to fit it, so since you're working against the norm here, some specifics would help get you what you need.

i have a Concord freedom 12 frame (made in Japan) thats about that size. not sure of the exact size or year but its small and old. in fine shape though.
