I dont know about you guys but I love riding at night through downtown and campus pissing off motorists by simply riding to the right of the road and practicing my track stands at every stop light. Tonight I passed another fixie on Euclid Aveniue and thought...Who the hell was that and why dont we ride together?.....Surely there are more of us who would like to pedal around town together? Maybe we could schedule some group rides? Or maybe saturday morning rides to farmers market? etc...?

There are random bike-n-beer rides in the summer, usually with very short notice.

Weekends have become hit-and-miss for me anymore, but I'm game for pretty much any evening. I see a few around on Euclid and Limestone and actually thought of the same thing Laughing

well, there's definitely way more bikes in town (fixed or otherwise - it doesn't matter) this year than say, last year, or 4 years ago... so I'm sure there won't be a problem finding people to ride with. Like Logan said, even if short notice, post them here and I'm sure peeps will come out.

Those types of rides are how this whole site got started, so now that the weather is nice again, the time is here.

I have been riding in that area recently. I just got a fixed gear about a week or two before the last alleycat. I have been riding it nonstop since. I live off of Harrodsburg road and love going through campus and around downtown. I am up for bikes and beers anytime.
