				| sorry about your loss... but if you think about it, there are plenty of tools and toolbags to be found within the area of Rose / Euclid / High that you mentioned. 
 I'd say your chances of finding something are better than you might expect

 we were at the conglomeration of craptacular establishments this weekend, where there used to be a downtown, and there were so many toolbags in the bourbon bar that i couldn't even get in there.
 
 walking past harvey's i yelled "there used to be a cool place called the Melodian here!!!!" and literally no one gave a shit.
