Scott Beckmeyer is organizing a pre-Alleycat costume parade loop through downtown, which will also start at Woodland Park at 7pm and end back at the park in time for the Halloween Alleycat registration. If you'd like to participate, show up with your bikes and costumes at the usual Critical Mass meeting point (corner of High St & Kentucky Ave.) for a quick downtown loop like we did last year.
