Hey everybody,

I am wondering if anybody has any advice--there is this decent bike close to where I live that I am almost certain has been abandoned (it has sat, unmoved, for months). Is it ever appropriate/legal to apprehend that bike? It would make a great gift, and I'm sure it can be used well with a little work. What do you guys think?

Thanks

Don't take it if you aren't 100% sure it has been discarded. Unless its in a dumpster, don't steal it.

If it's rusting over, I think chances are good that no one's coming back for it.
