For everyone who reads the forum and attended the Tall George is back in town pub crawl you prob have been waiting for this information for a couple of weeks now! For those of you who have no idea who i am or what happened here is the full scale recap.

Chris S. and I were cycling in a pace line towards Schellers on harrodsburg rd, on Friday the 18th of Jan. It was close to 5:00 and cars were not happy about the presence we made on the road. We got the standard honks and fingers and kept on truckin. It was terribly cold. As we climbed towards Clays Mill
A Black 1998 Ford Expedition Driven by Misti Lane Spickard, 19 WF resident of lexington 2037 Tamarack Drive 40504.
Swerved around us and a pasanger unamed yelled something at us. As Chris and I turned onto Lane Allen, the 1998 Black Ford Expedition turned to follow us and eventually cut us off in the Alley behind Rose Ann's Grill (Rosemont Rexall) Chris and I dismount and expect nothing less than a fight. u-Locks drawn we aproach the SUV and try to coax the pasanger who was so brave while we were cycling to exit the saftey of Misti Lane Spickard's vehicle and talk shit to our face's up close and personal! He declined and continued to run his mouth from the saftey of the SUV. At this point Miss Spickard, dental affliction and all tries her cunning words to slay us. She spits outs something to the efect of "Let me try on those pants! They look better on Me!" Chris returned fire with "Shit, you wish you looked this good!" As I chimed in with "Here I have got something else for you. Have $20.00 to go get those teeth fixed!" Chris and I start our descent from the scene as Miss Spickard puts her car into drive, only to try to ram myself, instead of reversing like she should have. Thankfully my Swillman like reflex's kicked in and i avoided damage. As I walked away we exchanged words again. This time when she dropped her vehicle into drive she actually hit me, crushing my wheel, denting my frame and fork, and pinning my person between her car and a Gas Meter in the back of Rose Ann's Grill. While i was pinned Chris worked her Gas Guzzler with his U-Lock like it was a ball pein hammer. Thankfully she left the scene gracefully with a 3 point turn! Letting me get a burned image of the plate 386 HHA Fayette County Tag.
I called the Loyal Lexington Police Dept. The officer who showed up to work the scene, was very helpful. After getting my side of the story, he used the plate number to track her down and get her side. Where she said that we beat her car first, and then she tried to hit me but was unsuccesful. During her explination she was arrested for disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. And further showed us her steller cumincation skills by spending a night in the fayette county detention center.
I filled a criminal complaint on Tuesday Jan 22nd, she will hopefully be charged with Assault in the 1st degree, and Battery in the 2nd with damages totalling over $1000.00. I am still waiting for an official responce from the County Attorney.
To use the information in this manuscript to harrass, heckle, bellitle, aggrivate, or in any way make life hard or un-fun would be well..... unlawful and would jerpordize my inocence. I how ever have only released information that could be found in the poilce report and by my ommision i have left out the phone number of said persons. I believe they are listed.
