Just wanted to let everyone know that I called LexCall today and reported vandalism at the polo courts. They said that the mounted police and the police parked in the lots were not there to patrol the park, but that they would notify the "park patrol" which is off duty cops who sometimes work for parks and rec. They also said they would come out more frequently to empty the trash, etc.

I just wanted to give everyone a heads up that the park patrol may be around, and to be aware / discreet with your beverages. It would probably be smart to take all cans and bottles for a while.

I sent Rudy Cruse and Jackie French (both work for Parks & Rec) an email last week about the vandalism as well.

Jackie was curious about coming by to check out the courts and actually watch us play, so yeah... what Tiff said - please be smart about what you're consuming at the courts and be discreet about whatever you bring to drink or smoke.
