Selling out his building to the Webbs/Rosenbergs must've allowed him the freedom to pursue his other interests. _________________ ------------[] O |

He's a misunderstood avantguard film maker.
Which also explains the narco charges.
OR
He was doing research into what kinds of headwear the kids are sporting these days to prepare for the triumphant return of the hat store. |

I lost whatever little respect I had for this guy back when he took the cash and ran (along with the Triple Crown Lounge building's owner), leaving no other obstacles for WebbCo. and their grand plan of a magical, mythical skyscraper.
Whatever integrity he may have planned to buy back with his sub-$1 million payoff must've just gotten blown on hillbilly drugs and college sex fantasies.

So he's apparently a major creepo, but the buy-out was the best thing that could have ever happened to him. After his dad passed away the store really went down hill. It seemed like he didn't know how to manage the business very well and was barely paying the bills. It probably would have closed up by this time regardless of what happened. |

True, but it was my understanding that the Grossmans owned their building. With prime real estate like that, the success of the hat shop shouldve been inconsequential.

When I lived in a house on Limestone about 4 years ago, we used to find this guy hanging out in the common space between all of our apartments.
Now I think I know why.... |

Just imagine how much worse it will get when it goes to trial and they search his computer(s) for old images. |
