Offer is still up. Rent is 263 plus utilities. 3 bedroom 1 bathroom. Fish pond large back yard. Sweet quiet roads that easily access downtown and campus. 364 Lincoln avenue. Last and not least, home comes with a med student ready to answer your medical questions and a certified welder who can teach ya some shit. Plus, Greg Davis the medical dude on NPR lives across the street.
