Hi: I´m looking for some cheap road bike handlebars. I´m also interested in a fixed gear wheel set, either 27´´ or 700c. I´m hoping to not spend a ton of money as I just want the bike to run and then I want to upgrade parts as I get the money. (poor grad student)

There is a cheap set of re-dished wheels on craigslist right now if you want to go the suicide hub route.

But, I highly (HIGHLY) recomend that you also find at least one brake if you decide to buy those.
