Dunno if anybody has been missing a bike or left theirs somewhere, but there was a gray fixed gear - i think an old schwinn, but not sure- locked up outside of cheapside for the past month or so, I dont know if it was left there or just somebody that worked or lived nearby. When i rode by today, it was stripped.

Again, I dont know whose bike that was, but just a heads up to keep your wheels locked up to your frame when leaving your bike out for prolonged periods or in a visible area like that..

that was one of those SE Drafts from Lexington Bicycle. I think one sells for about $200 complete... obviously that one was expendable to someone if they didn't care enough to unlock it and take it home after people started removing shit from it.

My theory is they either lost the key or got so drunk they didn't remember where they left it.

Which is totally unlike what anyone on lexrides would ever do.
