Henry should have had them install a permanent Heely type wheel while they where putting his foot back together. Then he would have had wheels for the race.

Is this race going to be anything like this? |

If you live in Lexington you have to be there in support, the money will fund our polo courts and the tournament coming up on july 25 in the Blue Grass Sate Games. The State Games Committee is taking the registration money from the tournament for insurance BLAH!! |

Colt 45 does indeed work every time, but often not in the ways in which you want it to... if you know what I'm sayin'. _________________ ------------[] O |

i'm pumped yo....just a little worried about the 45. Case in point, LA 1992: After Rodney King downed 9 40oz of this juice, as the story goes, cops pulled him over and beat him to a pulp. The city erupted in three days of mega riots. Not saying there's any comparison here of course... |

So to clarify....the proceeds go to buying materials to line the polo courts with a backboards? Costs and options from this thread from last year (http://www.bikelexington.com/lexrides/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=485):
politicalhero wrote: | Boyd and I were talking today about the corners, walls, etc. Word is folks want to have an alley cat to raise polo $$$ (a bike-in or dance party on the polo court would be fun also).
Here are some numbers we (brian, alex, grant, brad, shane and I) did when we were trying to get money from Andrea James (We got $250)
This is just for the plywood, not the 2x4s or any other materials to connect the wood, etc.
Good
Only round four corners with plywood boxes
Paint mural on corner boxes
24 ft corners = 3 sheets of plywood
4 corners = 12 sheets of plywood
4x8 sheet ½ inch CDX plywood = $17.09 (Congleton)
$17.09 x 12 sheets = $204.84
Better

Build 2 ft wall to run length and width
32 sheets cut in half (2 ft height) no mural
4x8 sheet ½ inch CDX plywood = $17.09 (Congleton)
$17.09 x 32 sheets = $546.88
Total for 4 corners (4 ft tall with mural) and 2 ft height running length
= $751.72
