It sure is quiet here lately for it being Bike Month. Anyone else agree?
We need to get some discussion flowing around here! Perferably more bikes and less penises.

ok, how about this.... after long deliberation i've decided to raffle the famous "tall george tall bike" i just have to decide where and when. i'll donate all the money to a charity or good cause, and i'd like to maximize the number of folks who get a chance to get a ticket.

i was thinking of the drag race, but maybe that's too soon. is there going to be another event that would work better?

I am planning a race for sometime in June that will benefit KFTC's work around energy related issues.

You could raffle it there. I think I might do the after party at the green lantern.

Just a thought!

The bike bash on the 23rd would be a good time for the raffle. There should be lots of people there, and not just us.

Speaking of the TGTB, we need more gangster ass bikes like that one, Sunday Morning, and my flag pole bike.

The family fun ride on the 25th is the perfect ride for a bizarre bike. And two weeks is plenty of time to step up and build something seriously gangster.

Please note that I have never once spoke about my penis...it speaks for itself.

Maybe people are talking less and riding more? But I understand. I think though folks are pumped about the activities this month and suspect all will be well attended if they don't rain out.

About freak bikes in the ride; it's a famtastic idea...how does one acquire a pimped out ride if they are not mechanically inclined to build one? Some of these need welders and knowledge using them so you don't break your leg riding a 'house of cards' freak ride.

Before the last 4th of july parade there was a freak build at wildcat wheels. The only bike that was really a house of cards was Tim's chopper, and it probably would have been fine with the addition of a few bolts to hold the extended fork on.

The best way I've found is to look at pimping out what you've got laying around. That's how my upside down bike happened. And the flag pole bike. And...
