Just how flat is it up near Springfield? I rode a fix in last year's Horsey Hundred but don't know if I could do that terrain for 12 hours straight. Sounds like fun if you can roll steady in a large gear- I know Ohio is notoriously flat. _________________ "If you don't want stupid answers don't ask questions." |

Well, I've never been up there, myself, but here's what it says on the website:
The 49 mile route is flat to rolly on lightly traveled roads, as is the 7 mile loop in the afternoon. Drafting and areobars are allowed... Bike mounted or helmet mounted mirrors are required for all riders. _________________ http://www.lexingtonbikeracecalendar.com |

sounds kind of fun, be good base miles haha. if i do it ill bring a triple though. i dont have the nuts to ride a fix very long. |
