so im watching fantasy factory on mtv and a pro mtn biker set the the guiness book world record for the longest track stand on a bicycle.....

u ready for this???....he did it for 21.34 seconds.

I find this hard to believe... seems like the good folks at Guiness, as much as they have experience in this, would at lease have people who would research this enough to know what it would take to hold a record in track standing.

sorry i just realized that i put 21.34 seconds and not 21 minutes 34 seconds.

but still 21 minutes may be a long boring time to stand on a bicycle but it just doesnt seem world record worthy?

It looked like a freewheel bike. 21 minutes on a non-fixed is respectable.

Edit: nevermind, it was 21 seconds.

It would be interesting to know how much wheel movement they allow, and if you're able to move the handlebars at all...
