I'm guessing a lot of folks will have New Year's Eve plans this Wednesday, so to make up for it, let's plan on playing some polo at Woodland tomorrow night... Tuesday, Dec. 30th. Same time - around 7pm.

damn... what a turnout last night. You regulars who didn't make it missed a good night of polo - including an exciting beginners game that had some dramatic crashes.

Great way to wrap up 2008 bike polo in Lex! Now we can count down to the FIRST games of 2009... only 5 days away!

Thanks to Tim for escorting my drunk ass home from Lynagh's. I remember absolutely nothing about the bike ride back to my house.

Also, I must take a moment to talk about how incredibly AWESOME Audra Pace is...

She consistently surprises us by showing up to polo games with all sorts of baked goodies. Last night she arrived with a huge mound of vegan chocolate chip cookies (still warm, too) and a half gallon of milk with cups.
