We are about to keg our afew batches for the first time this weekend, a christmas ale, a trappist, and a suicide ale-- made out of leftover ingredients that were probably stale, and triple fermented hoping that we can achieve 12-15% alcohol for a night of mayhem.
Also, we are going to hopefully be brewing our first allgrain batch this weekend, any body have any tips or anything likely to go wrong our first round? |

I'll be taking a malting and brewing course this spring, i'll let you know if I find anything out, and I don't have any personal experience yet. |

Not at all, it's part of a Master's program I just enrolled in through a University in Scotland. |
