some of you seem to be in the know so I was wondering if anyone could tell me why there are so many bird heads around the Central Bank building downtown. What I mean is decapitated heads of birds, no bodies to be seen anywhere. I saw 3 leaving work today and I don't understand it. _________________ Father Charles Goes Down And Ends Battle |

the only way to really kill those zombie birds is to separate the head from the body. _________________ ------------[] O |

birds of prey make their way.
over the years you might have noticed an increase of birds of prey hanging around the city. I'm not up with the various species, but when one swoops 10 yards in front of you to take out mr. squirrel, you notice and appreciate their hunger and verve. |

yes rowbear, some birds have penises. after asking google I found this tiny bit of knowledge:
"Bigger birds, including ducks, geese, swans, ostriches, cassowaries and kiwis have a penis. This penis is generally spiral in form so that it can reach the female sex opening, which lies to the left in the cloaca. The rhea has an extrudable organ. As waterfowl sometimes copulate in water, the penis helps ensure that the water does not wash away the sperm. The Australian blue duck, for example, has a penis so large that when it finishes copulating the bird has to turn on its back and stuff its penis back into its cloaca." |

dang, I'm jealous. Although, I realized the other night that rather than having a large penis I would rather just have really really good tasting spluge. _________________ Father Charles Goes Down And Ends Battle |

On the dead bird topic, has anyone else noticed that the train trestle over S. Broadway is the Jonestown for pigons? They cleaned it recently but over the summer they just let it build up and there were dozens of dead birds and piles of feathers and shit. Just another part of my commute... _________________ CHECK YES! |
