I don't want to alarm people, but one week from today there will be hundreds, if not thousands, of jugglers in town for a week long convention.
Should we welcome them with open arms or knock them down and steal their balls?

From the site: There will be Renegade shows late on Tuesday and Wednesday nights after the evening shows let out. These shows provide a more relaxed atmosphere for performers to try out their newest material and wildest stunts. Refreshing adult beverages and pub food will be available. |

a juggling friend recently told me of a unicyclist/juggler in hawaii who was unicycling, juggling and thumbing a ride all at once. this guy will be at this convention. i think that is a reasonable reason to welcome them with open arms. |

Good enough for me.
Who's up for a bike-n-beer-n-throw-things-in-the-air if we can figure out where the jugglers are hanging out after hours? |

Ran into a whole wad of jugglers after lunch. Including a half dozen elementary school age kids on unicycles.
They're...not the most socially adept of people. Think men in their 40's with both male pattern baldness and ponytails, wearing bermuda shorts, sandals and black socks. |

Tonight they're doing a free 'renegade' show at 10 in the civic center. I'm just fascinated by what could be 'renegade' or not-family-friendly about juggling. |
