ive tinkered with the idea of running a sandwich/coffee cart on campus for a long time now, i wonder what kinda permits you need to sell stuff around town and on campus?

I doubt it. They're more about the mid-life crisis, Range Rover set... while close in target market comparison, their patrons are probably too full of themselves to think that bikes are cool enough for coffee.

Besides, Starbucks is in the midst of closing off 600 of it's 7,000 locations in the US. I guess when gas reaches $4+ per gallon, that $4 cup of... whatever... gives them bigger problems to deal with than how to set them apart from everyone else.

That cart is charmingly old school.

This one is multi-cultural, multi-functional and multi-media.
