I heard that this is going to be a new music venue, with Unknown Hinson playing there July 10th. Isn't 903 Manchester St. the warehouse we raced through and around? If so, should be interesting to see how they turn it into a functioning music venue. They definitely have the space. Anyone have more info?

yeah it worked out great for 2000+ people when we hosted beaux arts there 2 years ago, but i know there was at one point problems with egres and fire safety systems, which i assume were fixed.
i also think that was where my vampire weekend played a while back, plus bud light hosted a halloween party there and the lexarts ball was held there too i think. |

thats actually next door to the tarr distillery where those previously mentioned events were.
i thought these were artists studios? or maybe its just a formal entrance into the distillery? either way, this makes the local music scene much more exciting than it has been in the last 2 weeks. |

| i heard its going to have modular walls that will fit it to the size of the event from smaller shows up to somewhere around 3000 people. |
