this is mostly directed towards brian or henry, but i was wondering how one might appropriate some of the plastic tubing used for mallet heads. i'd like to make a few clubs myself. thanks! _________________ pterodactyl bike gang for life! |

Hey Drew-
We get our mallet head material from McMaster-Carr.
Enter this part # in the search box: 8705K18
and then you can click on "catalog page" in the section on the left to view more sizes that are available. I like the 8705K18, but Henry has also gotten a size bigger in diameter, which has a thinner wall thickness. I purchase it in 1ft. increments, and then cut it down to about 5" - 5.5" sections to make the heads.
Here's an good link to show you the process, but I've modified my process a bit to make them 100% tastier.
