well everyone just a heads up
as you all should know i left lexington on may 4th headed up to Damascus Va. to hike a bit on the good ol Appalation trail , and im glade to say it is nothing like i expected its better hear i sit in Bland Va. 13 days in and 120 miles later and 47 more days to go
had a few miss fortunes i lost the other two partners that started this journy with me one five days in due to gear malfunction but he will be rejoining me in 3 days here in Bland Va. (my roommate). and the other about 4 days ago due to hamburger feet and blown out boots ,he will not be rejoining
man i miss my bike this walking stuff is for the birds i could have been in main by now j/k.
well looks like its going to be anouther wet day time to get back on the road
you all be carefull out their and ill see yall in about 50 days or so for a bike and lots of beer wene i get back into town

ok sofare all is still well roommate is back on the trail and we are 163 miles in from the begining of va. in pearisburg va.
along for the trip i picked up my baby girl Celest who is doing great band tacking the miles like a champ but all is well and we will see yall when we get back . and we decided to do all 550 miles to maryland so ...

Great to hear news from the trail. So you intend to hike to Harper's Ferry? If so I can pass along some contact info from Alice for her sister that lives there. She may be able to offer a spot to take a break, have supplies sent to, etc.

well celest is going back home due to her shreading another tent and putting a $220.00 hole, at least, in my pocket so we are still in pearisburg va. waiting for renee to come pick her up befor i hurt her
but our last stop will be Burkittsville, Md. as far as harpers ferry ,wv. dont know how long till we get their or how long we will stay but ill see what we can do just pass me the info
now that we are loosing the dogs we should be flying through this trail just not to shure on how far and long yet but ill let yall know

I know Greg posted earlier, but thought I would send again. My sister lives in Harper’s Ferry, WV which is the half way point on the AT. Pretty sure her house is less than 5 miles from the trail. If you need a shower, beer or want to have something sent to her address, she would be glad to help out. I’ll private message you her info.

ko everyone its me out on the at in Glasglow Va. 312.3 miles in and comeing around quick unfortunatly i will be here for a few days waiting on a supply drop but once it gets here i will be hiting the trail again with only

77 miles to waynesboro,va.
184.2 miles to front royal, va. and
237.5 miles to go till Harpers Ferry, West Virginia
THEN
492 miles home

ok everyone i am 1 day outside harpers ferry west virginia my main goal of compleating the state of virginia has been acomplished all 550 miles of it
i will be going to a fourth of july party outside of DC then jumping on a buss to come home to wounderful lexington kentucky t oall the wounderful things you guys have acomplished cant wait to see the new polo cort

i am going to say i will be back in lex sometime around the 7th or 8th so be expecting a bike and beer so i can see everyone pass it on
