For all those non racers:
Come out and support/heckle the racers. A group will be rallying at the republic bank parking lot, corner of Lafayette and Euclid. I will be bringing a grill and everyone is welcome to use it to cook up your food of choice. Fortunately KRoger is just across the street so a constant beer and food supply is handy. Bring some cowbells, airhorns, or some other obnoxious noise maker to cheer them on. Race starts at 7:00, I plan on being there at 6:00. see you there!

Logan and I are bringing the sound system so bring our ipods....I won't be able to make it there till around 7 but I think it would be cool for folks to try and meet up and do a victory lap after they close the streets down and possibly right before the race. I think it was really impressive last year to roll into the Rupp race with all our stuff loaded.

Time Trial Update:
below is a portion of an email I received from Mark Parker

I think at last count we were 110 racers. With a racer leaving the ramp at 30 second intervals and 5 minute windows between categories the races should be over just prior to 9:00. That doesn't take into consideration people registering day of. We have decided to allow this due to the server crash and will run those participants after the other contestants.

That's great, since I thought registration was until midnight, and not 6PM. How are you getting those emails Tim? is that a listserve type thing?
