its a race simulation i guess. you dont have to pay (and theres nobody to sue if you get pancaked by truck), and you dont win anything, but there is a start and finish and people attack throughout and sprint for the win. |

yeah, big group there tonight, probably 30 or so at least.
if anyone was there, i was the one yakking on the side of the road at the end of the first races second lap. drinking until 4 in the morning and washing it down with cheeseburgers and fries for lunch apparently is not proper nutrition for a cyclist. |

nah... that's subjective. if you hang out with this group here more often, you'll be in shape in no time. At least, in the drinking too much and eating crap category. |

You are welcome to ride a fixie, but gears are useful on this ride. Just bring a helmet. I think this is a BG Cycling insurance requirement.

yeah gotta wear a helmet, gears are useful; there are some older and some less experienced people braking through corners, and thats hard on a fixie, especially brakeless. |
