sadly, it's time for me to part with this bike. brought her home on valentine's day 2003. my wife and i are expecting our first child in january and i'm switching to a touring bike. anyway, she's just about perfect, exquisitely maintained, 18' black m4 frame, original components (shimano xt/lx with manitou skareb fork), just a couple minor blemishes. used as a commuter with only about 5 trail miles. i have been riding her with 120 psi road tires but still have her original specialized knobbies. $1100 msrp in 2003, asking $700.
this is a fantastic bike, and i will seriously miss it. serious inquiries only, please. |

I think we can embed images if we want, if it's online somewhere (somewhere the owner doesn't mind this kind of linking, I mean).
Just go to the webpage that contains the image, open a separate page that contains just the image--probably by right clicking and choosing something like "view image" but it depends on your browser and system. Copy the resulting URL (pronounced "Earl" in the Bluegrass) and when you're writing a message here, just hit the little "IMG" button up top, paste in the URL, hit the "IMG" again to close the tag, and tra la.
This is actually a lot simpler and more intuitive than that paragraph makes it seem.
