After going on a Netflix binge of Anthony Bourdain the past few weeks, I got curious, would anyone want to chip in on a pig roast one day at the polo courts? I've been wanting to roast a whole pig for years but never have done it yet. Maybe on a Sunday where we'd have all night/day to build a pit and roast? What kind of obstacles would we have with Parks and Rec about building a pit?

Ew. I don't eat pigs unless they're ground up in sausage or hot dogs.
Why don't we do it in your back yard? I sincerely doubt they would like us to dig a pit full of fire in a public park... |

Can't you also just build a pit with cinderblocks instead of digging one? Sounds like a great idea, but I agree with KJ, the pig might not fly at Coolavin! _________________ ------------[] O |

I would take a big bite out of that pig's face.
But yeah, Parks would definitely veto a flaming pit. They'd probably also have a problem with an above ground cinder block thing if it left a big burned patch of grass after. |
