So my friend had the lock cut on his bike in his back yard on Maxwell.
Its a Black Mongoose frame about 24 inch in size with an assortment of schwinn parts. It's nothing fancy but it's his main mode of transportation.

| Did this bike have a basket and rack? I saw a homeless person this morning on a black mountain bike. He was at Pedal Power going through their trash (I think). I was biking to work and thought it was unusual that he had so many bike accessories and I didn't recognize him over the usual homeless bikers I see around town. |
