I was wondering if anyone had a polo quality 700 c front wheel they'd like to get rid of.
If you're not familiar with "polo quality", all it means is that it rolls. It doesn't have to be in true, the rim surfaces can even be bent.
There's no front brake on the bike, so it just needs tho roll. Thanks!

I have a friend that has an attic full of bikes and bike stuff. He is moving and wants to get rid of the collection. He has everything under the sun from old school bikes to all kinds of parts. I went and got two very cool bikes. He asked if I wanted some wheels then, and I told him that I was fine on that part. I know that he would have a bunch of things that everybody would be interested in.

my mom lives in louisville, so it may take a few days for me to get the slip signed.

good find ben, we may all find something worthwhile or at least find a bunch of stuff for wildcat wheels. see what days are good for him and we can go from there.

how are we going to choose who gets first pick of this gold mine?

Draw straws? Last Man Standing? Bare-knuckle cage match?
I'm ready to scrap...

Ok guys a battle would be nice to see, but this was my score. I have already gone through and bought two bikes before anybody got to hear of it. Not to say that there isn't anything cool left, but I had first dibs. Don't worry there is plenty of cool stuff up in his attic.

Ok, just talked to him and his day off is tomorrow. I say we get together and go after people get out of work. How does 5:30 sound?

Hey dick heads, if you get some nice parts make sure you give the guy some cash!

Alex are you building up a one handed bike with a roll cage?

Yeah I got two complete old bikes, a 50's and 60's complete bikes. One being a Schwinn with an original seat in perfect condition. All he wanted was $25 a pop. But I also scored a couple parts here and there that he just wanted to get rid of. So, this is a good score but nothing in life is free.
