I really love this site for things that are harder to find at local shops. They have a great selection of oddball bike components, and they have much better prices than most online bike shops, even eBay:

you could get a brand new complete setup of MKS track pedals, clips and straps for around $45 here. Some sites sell the pedals alone for that much.

I've got a set of the clips and straps without the platform part of the pedal that you can have for free. They are oldschool (by oldschool I mean slightly rusty) but could be cleaned up pretty easily.

Pedal Power should still have a set of brand new chrome ones with the leather strips on the front for really cheap, too.

I had a set of the nashbar clips for a while but I had problems with the end of the clip getting caught on my shoelaces. I would splurge for a nicer pair such as the mks clips, also I would second Brokebike's suggestion.
