It was locked up, albeit not as well as it should have been. Last seen at the corner outside Sidebar on Limestone late Wednesday night locked to the bike rack, noticed it was missing yesterday evening.

I'm pretty sure I spotted the bike around 2pm, today (Friday) in the block between Seventh and Loudoun on Shropshire. I was kinda in a hurry to make a meeting, so I trailed him for a little bit hoping that I could see where he stopped, while simultaneously trying to flag down a police cruiser that was in the area. In short, the cop turned on his lights like he was responding to a call, and sped off, and when I doubled back to Shropshire to see if I could see the guy again, I lost him. Sorry I couldn't spend more time to come up with a good game plan of approach because I was pressed for time.

Everything was on the bike except it looked like the saddle and thudbuster had been replaced. Ridden by a short, stocky 30-ish white guy in an oversized blue/white winter coat.

I first spotted him close to Andy Stith's house on the corner of Idlewild, and he was headed south towards 5th & 6th streets, so that might be an area to focus on.
