Received the following email today:

Hey all-
So things are moving along nicely as far as planning. We are holding off one more announcement on cost of registration(hoping it will be free for you as long as you complete one task while in mke)

Just for your peace of mind, there will be 3 courts, lights, swiss rounds, double elim, etc...just like every tournament you've been too that kicksass.

How many swiss games you play and how many teams qual for double elim will depend on how many register. we have 40 out of 48 capacity right now. so convince your friends to come and play!

Right now if you need housing please contact Birdie @ "Bernadette Watts" <birdiewatts@gmail.com>. we have lots of room for folks. If you prefer a hotel/motel stay tuned and we may get a discount on some rooms.

Many of our houses have yards and floor space etc. For now let Bird know so we know how many of you we need to put up.
See some of you in Seattle!
also after worlds there will be more details released and such so thanks for being patient.

Did anyone else get a team in?

Hey guys, I probably won't be able to set up a team in time to play but I'm still really interested in going, even if its just to hang out. I am also willing to drive and will have room in my car for three/four others....any takers?

I'm brainstorming with Corbin right now. She is for sure going but leaving Thursday and taking her friend Becca and hot dog champion Gabe. I'm driving, but I can't leave until after work Friday (around 6:00). I told Quinn that I would take her too since Cincy is on the way. She said no one else is going from there. Mike M said no one from Louisville is making the trek.

Corbin can take three, maybe four bikes. I can take four bikes. (I wish I had a fucking roof rack right now...).

Here is our best scenario unless someone else is willing to drive or plans change:

Jessi's car: Nick, James, Chris*, Quinn, Me, Tiff*

Corbin's car: Corbin, Becca, Gabe, ____ (whoever from my car who can leave Thursday)

*Chris and Tiff, this scenario involves both of you breaking your bikes down to fit. This also involves people being in tight quarters, but we'll take adventure breaks and have very little gas expenses. We are both leaving Sunday night. MAN UP POLO PEOPLE! This is going to be a damn good time!
