Date: July 23, 2011

What: bikes, racing, P-ball, watermelon, BLT's, sprinklers, records, croquet, beer, etc...

Prizes: You want them.

Meet at Gratz Park.
Registration at 5:30.
Race starts at 6.
Cost is $5

Bring your prowess and racing legs, and be prepared to ride your bike like it wants to be ridden--fast and hard. Prizes awarded to 1st, 2nd, and DFL, but no one will go home empty-handed! An afterparty follows the last checkpoint. Don't miss out!

Very good advice, Brian.

Also, since you're new to town, you might want to bring a map. The alleycat is "centered" around downtown (I guess you can say) with several checkpoints requiring you to dismount and do something awesome.

Since Katie Jo talked of sandbagging me (literally) I will be out of town this weekend on my way to Warsaw for the Cycling Messenger World Championships. Yes, I know I'm not a messenger, and thus registered as a "Fakenger." You all have fun.
