That's a recent photo from the BGSG Tourney, too. They must've had agents in the field that day. There were a lot of people I didn't recognize walking around taking photos... but I was too busy to start up a conversation with them to sniff out where they were from / who they were with.
That's a photo of Lexington's "Scraper Bike Kings" (Matt Bailey, Rich, Will) vs. Atlanta's A team.
