I had a red (with silver trim) specialized rockhopper stolen sometime between Sat, Aug 15 and today Aug 21. I think it was manufactured around 1997 or 1998. It's mainly red with silver trim, front shocks. I think Shimano Deor gear controls. It does not have any custom stickers, but below the seat post says something like "sun microsystems" (I guess they used a sun computer to design it). It's a pretty old bike but I really really liked it. If anyone sees it around Lex, please take note and send me a message.
