I want a pole. I have a long ski pole that I use for defense and I bent it during polo last week. The mallet is ok I guess, but can I straighten it?

Remember when we had the polo tournament back in July and you took a mallet to the lips? It busted your lip and you started wearing a face mask after that. In fact, we all started armoring up after that because everybody was swinging their mallets with much more force.
