Several of the Louisville guys are coming in to play with us on Sunday. I've been talking with them and we've come up with a 2:00 pm start time... is that cool with everyone else?

| yea, we shall be there. it looks like its gonna be me, busse, zach and pepper. basically everyone we brought before besides Jimmy. and theres always a chance that kurt might show up late to take someones spot if we've already started playing. |

hell yeah they can come on up and play... this was the only team that we "team pray for rain" beat in the bgsg.
Thank god no other team's name came true... could you imagine some no see ums or toxic lambs all over the court? |

that was some awesome awesome awesome polo yesterday. aside from the rolled ankles, bruised hip and shin, the cut on my leg and the fact that i now have 50% less shorts than i came with i can't wait to get back and play more.
you guys ever consider playing on saturdays? that way us louisville folks could stay the night instead of having to book it back for work.
also ... drew ... sorry we didnt help you paint. believe me when i say that i was in no state to paint anything. |

What I want to know is, who agrees to help paint when there's polo to be played? Those guys & gals have plenty of friends here in town that they can recruit to help them paint without having to rely on you Louisville guys coming in from out of town to play polo.

About the Saturday thing, it's a good idea, but I think it's important to keep things somewhat consistent in the polo schedule because it allows people to plan fitting polo into their own busy weekly schedules. I think this encourages more people to come out regularly, instead of always having to keep up with emails, forum posts, or text messages. I think this is why we've pretty much kept the same schedule since we started playing back in '07.
What if you guys came in on a Saturday evening and stayed the night to play polo on Sundays? That way all of us can hang out and drink way too much at the Sidecar the night before and feel like shit the next day when we play... making it that much more epic!

yea that sounds good brian. i totally understand the need for regularity, it just popped in my head as an idea, but i think i like the coming in on saturday and drinking plan better.
maybe catch a latin heat show on sat, aug 15th? *hint hint* |

sometimes we play on other days too, in fact we played last saturday, just a few of us, but not as many people can come on short notice

Yea drink at the Sidecar/Cheaters/Al's all the time, sweet! And play polo hungover/drunk cause there is no other way to play. Louisville you guys are a hoot i had a blast playing with you all.
