My girlfriend's Specialized Ariel was stolen from our garage a second time on the night of August 2nd. The thief cut what the bike was locked to, so there may or may not be a lock on the bike still. This was on Fontaine Road, near Chevy Chase Plaza.
The color scheme is slate/black, and it has black fenders. It has a Nashbar headlight, but I think the taillight is Schwinn. Also, it has (or had) a flat rear tire. It looks like this: http://www.specialized.com/bc/SBCBkModel.jsp?spid=38414
There is at least one WALL-E sticker on the upward-facing side of the top tube, near the headset.
If you happen to see it, please feel free to call me at 937-763-5663. |

Didn't notice this morning, but the thief apparently left behind their old bike, a blue step-through Ross cruiser. It's old and poorly maintained.

the 'ol "bike thief upgrade / switcheroo". Classic.
Likely that Ross was stolen from someone else. _________________ ------------[] O |
