Looking for a rack for my mom's car. She has a 1.25" Reese Hitch on a 2006 Honda Civic. Needs to hold at least two bikes.

are you looking for suggestions on buying one, or looking more for someone who might have a used one for sale?

Me, Patrick, Matt Brotherton and Jakub all have recently purchased hitch-mounted bike racks for our vehicles. I know for sure that mine and Pat's are both 1.25". Mine is a Thule Roadway, and Pat's is a Yakima... not sure which model.

I've got a Yakima Doubledown 4. It's also for a 1 1/4 inch hitch.

I think Pat's might be the same model as Jakub's, but made for 2 bikes instead of 4. They both look similar.

Thanks for the feedback. I am indeed looking for a used rack and will likely go with the Thule if I can't find something used.

Where in town can you buy the hidden hitch? I am gonna put one on the Subaru and get rid of the top mount rack.

Not sure about Hidden Hitch specifically, but there are many places in town to purchase a hitch to fit your specific vehicle and/or have it installed. Try U-Haul, S&S Tire, Lexington Hitch & Trailer, or any place like that...

The installs are usually very easy, if you can get by with just buying the hitch itself.

I would say the best option is to order it online. It's usually discounted some, and shipping doesn't cost anything. The install is easy, once you know what you're doing (as I found out installing my hitch on my Subaru).
