5/4/08 Velo Swap at The Void Skateshop 10-2. There is no registration fee or preregistration so if you want a table to set up on, get there on time.

Its time to start rounding up those parts laying around in your garage/basement/living room. Bring it down and see what you can get for it, one mans junk is another mans treasure after all.

Thanks to The Void again for being supportive for the bike community, you owe it to them to get your next pair of Vans from them.

can't wait!

You should give a prize for the person who brings the most awful bike part to sell.

well, there is the big ceremony my parents really want me to walk in, and then each college has their own, which i want to walk in, so its an all day affair. i live a block from the void though, so i will definitely be by.

has this gone out on the lexracing list serve? there are some older guys with some great stuff they are always looking to unload on that mailing list

bryant, is it possible to reserve a table? because i'm bringing 2 frames and a few other things. If we dont get a table to set up on can we just lay our stuff out on the ground?

can we bring tables if we have them?

I have a couple of small 2' x 4' folding tables that I can use, so any that might have been used for me could go to someone else.

I can't wait... I keep finding stuff that I can bring. So far I've compiled helmets, clipless shoes, frames, tires, a nice assortment of pieces and parts... all good stuff! I might even have a dollar bin.

Who could pass by my table and not pick up the mag trainer!!! Riding in place is so much fun...kind of like getting kicked in the balls over and over again. I got it two years ago and have ridden it twice.

Who knows, maybe there will be a silent auction for my fixed gear!

Helmets, racks, fenders! Maybe I can get Joleigh to start fabricating polo mallets to sell to the masses Very Happy

politicalhero, it sounds like you need to start a business for all of your used stuff for sale. If everyone else brings tons of stuff this velo swap may need to happen more often.

No reservations, I know that a couple of people are showing up with quite a bit of stuff so get there early. Also if anyone can bring a table or two that'd help. It's looking like it will be quite an event, I'm stoked.
