so. i know it has been discussed before the option of a louisville/lexington party van down to little rock for the south centrals, however, the more we look the cheapest we can find is $650 for a van with unlimited miles from friday to monday. plus there will be gas required, bringing the total closer to $800. thats $100 a person if we get 8 people, which realistically is the maximum if we are bringing 8 bikes.

is this something people are still interested in or is that too cost prohibitive? or does anyone out there know a guy with a van? or where we can get a better deal?

I think it will be a bit more then $150 in gas. But with only 3 from LEX going who will fill this thing up?

plus come on we fittin like 16 peps and bikes in this mug

I got a few spots for people but only like 3. I can shoot a email when we get the # figured out. But this Tourny is full (talk to Burton or James about this) no more Teams there is a waiting list of teams who did not make it. so anyone who goes might not get to play in the tournament but only pick up. and its a 2 days so leave friday sometime and come back late sunday or monday.

i think we are still looking into a van, trying to get it as cheap as possible, but the plan from our end was to leave sometime on Friday and come back on Monday, so anyone that came with would need to have Friday through Monday off, which I think was a requirement anyway with the tourney being 8 hrs away.

I know Jimmy has gotten housing secured for Zach, he and I but I'm not sure how much there is to go around. I know they are doing a deal with La Quinta Inn like you guys did for Midwests if anyone wants to do that.

so I think our tally is 8 between Lex and Lou so we could find a smaller van it might even end up being 7 if tiff leaves from Birmingham

THERE IS NOW A VAN!!!

Louisville bought a van. We've got room for 8 people.

We have 4 confirmed going from Louisville and last I heard there were 4 from Lexington, so that means the fucker is full.

We are looking to get a trailer as well for the weekend and have a couple leads. If all else fails we'll get a UHaul for that weekend.

We should be able to drive it down this weekend for the 2v2, so we can work out the logistics then.

Everybody in?
