ok, shameless plug to get some of yall over to the newman catholic center on rose lane thursday evenings @ 5:15 for an hour of stretching...
why yoga...why not for starters...then, there is the increased muscle length, increased lung volume and capacity, and higher nerve attenuation...plus it is nice to chill out and just breathe for an hour...
$1 for students and $5 for everybody else.....
