|
|
I'm looking to sell my old bike polo frame and I also have a 26" rear wheel with a White Industries ENO eccentric hub.
Frame details:
1996 Gary Fisher Marlin 18" frame (refinished with black powder coat in 2004)
-frame is sound and straight with no dents; all braze-ons are intact
-73mm BB shell width
-front and rear bosses for cantilever or linear pull brakes
-vertical dropouts
Frame comes with:
Shimano DeoreXT 1-1/8" threaded headset (installed NOS early 2008)
Kalloy threaded stem adapter for use with 1-1/8" threadless stems
Salsa red anodized seatpost skewer (purchased new in 2008)
Kalloy UNO 26.6mm seatpost (black)
asking $80 for frame and everything listed above. SOLD
Here's a pic of the frame to give you an idea of what it looks like:
I also have a 26" rear wheel featuring a White Industries ENO eccentric hub. If you're not already familiar with these hubs, they are perfect for turning bikes with vertical dropouts into single speed or fixed gear conversions. The elliptical hub allows you to easily adjust the chain tension. This hub is a flip flop, so you can run it both fixed and freewheel. Laced to a beefy Sun rim (silver). Asking $80 for the whole wheel.
Shoot me a PM or an email if you're interested. _________________ ------------[] O

Measurements of the frame are as follows:
55cm top tube (c-c)
56cm top tube (effective)
43cm seat tube (c-c)
My guess is that anyone from 5'6" - 5'10" would be a pretty good fit. I'm 5'8" and it fit me fine. _________________ ------------[] O |

Drewbles got the frame, and the wheel may already be spoken for. _________________ ------------[] O |
