I know a lot of folks on here are inked up in one way or another. Wondering where you got your work done (here in town or another city/state?) Any recommendations or places to particularly avoid? If you were to get a tattoo done in Lex where would you go?
Anyone in Lex specialize in "irezumi" /japanese style work? _________________ All you haters die slow |

Almost every tattoo that I have collected was from Robert at charmed life. Jay tattooed my ribs and I am really happy with that one too. The guys at Charmed Life are really talented artist. I am not saying that we don't have other talented artist in this town, I have just collected 14 tattoos from these guys.
I have become friends with the guys at Bleed Blue Tattoo, and I am thinking that I am going to give them a try too. They tattooed Richard's Lexrides tattoo. |

half of mine are from Beef Stu - who used to work at Electric Art, then started up Horseshoe Tattoo, then I think he may have split town...
the other half are from Robert at Charmed Life - and I'd gladly throw all of my recommendations towards him and his shop. He and Jay and the rest of the crew there are great guys. _________________ ------------[] O |

The flowers he did around my naked guy tattoo on my arm really make the whole thing scream macho! :D
He and I have been talking some about a half sleeve idea. |

I have 4 from Charmed Life (all cycling themed & one is a gas pump!), 1 from beef stu when he was at electric art, and 2 from matt at electric art. I think they all are great but Charmed Life is soooo much easier to work with. Plus, you dont have to deal with all of the hyper loud walk-in people sitting around. With that being said sometimes it is hard to get an appointment but its worth the wait. Bleed Blue did my buddy Junie's tattoos and they look great but I haven't personally been there.
I'm getting a digital camera for christmas and i plan to start a discussion where everyone can post their cycling related tattoo's so get your pics ready! and i'm wondering how many other skully tats are out there! _________________ The sound of a car door opening in front of you is similar to the sound of a gun being cocked. ~Amy Webster |
