so you didn't submit any of your alleycat posters? Because if not, I'm taking a couple of yours down there when I drop off mine and Greg's stuff. The girl organizing the show said I could bring some other stuff from my collection if I wanted to... and I've got a pile of bike works from other artists.
They need to be in there because they're awesome, they're locally made, and there's no reason why they shouldn't. _________________ ------------[] O |

Is there going to be an opening for the show?
If not then we should organize a bike and beer during the gallery hours and just bring a crap load of folks to see the show. |

Looks like the gallery hours are only 11am to 5pm M-F...
I like my AM ale as much as the rest of you but this might be hard to pull off. _________________ "The path of least resistance is what makes the river crooked!” - Utah Phillips |

Yep. Looked like only three or four others had been there at 12:30.
Sydney was lurking in the study area outside the room waiting for people, not inside the gallery, btw. |

Hmmm... I wonder what other artists are going to be in this show? Hopefully, she got a diverse sampling, but I dunno. _________________ ------------[] O |

The show should be up and running by now. I'm going to go check it out this afternoon or tomorrow morning. |

Finally got over to see the bike art today.
There's some meh stuff, and some really nice things.
Besides the presses Cricket and 817 (always want to call that 187) pieces that I was already familiar with, my favorite by far was the vertical diptych of the bear escaping from the circus. It resonated in my fuzzy little heart.
Oh, and Alex, I wrote "with pictures from Logan who is awesome" on your Oaks Day race poster. In green sharpie. |
