Just curious what time Wednesday pool is currently starting. Some one from out of town inquire about tomorrow night. Unfortunately the weather is looking pretty bad.

i believe wednesday starting time hasn't changed since people still work till 5ish. as for the weather, everything i've heard about it said that rain should diminish after the morning. so afternoon and evening should be totally fine for polo.

in case anyone is curious, the person who's coming into town tonight wanting to play polo with us is Alexis, who most of you probably remember as the gal who did all the announcing at the NACCC's in Chicago.

We should really try to play if it looks like there's a good chance for the weather to break...

She was inquiring about grabbing a beer with folks in the event the weather is bad. I suggested Al's though I was not sure if any folks are heading out tonight. I have her phone number if anyone wants to try to contact her.

I've got her phone as well... Sara and I have met Alexis on previous occasions such as Pitchfork Fest and SXSW in Austin. She's a cool gal.

As usual for a Wednesday, I won't be able to make it out to the courts until between 6:30 and 7pm, but will definitely be out to play if it is not pouring rain... and I'd definitely be up for beers afterward, or even as an alternate plan should the weather suck.
