Should be interesting, especially since both projects will be discussed in the same evening, with manchester going first.

I, for one, am really excited about the manchester street development. It has a lot of potential, and hopefully will drive better development downtown, with a lot of business likely moving out to manchester.

I'm not part of the crew that think LEED is the best thing in the world. it's good, but being LEED certified doesn't mean shit - read: the c 'n' b tower. but applying this to the distillery district, just because something's good doesn't mean it can't be better...
