The first Lexington team has just been registered.
Honkey Ballerz
Shane
Patrick
Brad
let's work on getting the rest of those teams together so we can pre-register! _________________ ------------[] O |

Pabst has now been added as a sponsor for the tournament!
Hopefully, this means either cheap beers, or possibly cool PBR swag. _________________ ------------[] O |

We should try to get our pre-formed teams sorted out either today or tomorrow. This will help save us from any chaos or confusion on Friday night when everyone is getting into town... those who are going, keep in mind, check-in and registration is on Friday night from 5pm - 8pm. So, if you don't think you'll be able to make it to the specified location by then, it would be best to go ahead and register.
I am willing to do the pre-registration for everyone, but I just need to know if you have a team together, or if you're planning on registering as an individual player. The way they're working it is, those players registering NOT as a team but as an individual will be placed into teams with other individual players. This means you'll be playing on a team with other folks from other cities.
Be sure you check here for the schedule:
http://www.chicagobikepolo.com/naccc_schedule.html
So far we have three full teams:
Shane, Pat and Brad (although a sub will need to fill in for Brad)
Chris, Kyle and Drew
Grant, Kevin and Myself
from what I can tell, the following people are going, but still have not formed or found a team:
Tiffany
Andy
Burton
Jakub
Please let me know if I am leaving anyone out...
Cities that are confirmed for the tournament thus far include:
Vancouver
Boston
Minneapolis
NYC
Philly
Seattle
Portland
Ottawa
Madison
Milwaukee
Richmond
Dayton
Columbus
Lexington
St. Louis
Columbia, MO
Orlando
Chicago
Pittsburgh
D.C. _________________ ------------[] O |

Who's reporting from court side? All of us who could not make it will be anxiously awaiting word... _________________ "The path of least resistance is what makes the river crooked!” - Utah Phillips |

so essentially the beer drinking is true....on the most part.
the teams up here are fucking skilled. so far lexington has won three games. one of which was a lexington on lexington game. a lot of the teams play dirty. aka over the top aggresive.
thats all i can come up with right now. i'm really drunk. i'll see if i can come up with more tomorrow when we actually play some games that really matter. seems like i'm the only won checking the forum. maybe brian will check this shit soon as well. |

word! We want more details now! We can watch the lumbering chaos Gustav minute by minute, so surely and we wish to freaking to hell, we can hear some news from our squads in the windy city. I suspect though that it's basically a blast and sounds like the party is on. Despite their dirty play, wreak havoc. |

Ottawa ended up winning the entire thing. They fucking destroyed.
Philly came in second, and East Vancouver was third. So sorry to tell ya Drew, but the Canadians just have the skills. We're all convinced that it's because of all those damn northerners and their hockey playing from the time they're toddlers. You can almost pick out which players were raised on hockey... it shows in their ability to move with the ball and how to set up a good effective position on the court. _________________ ------------[] O |
