It can be done, and has been done. Check it out.
Alice, what can we do to make this happen here? It would make a great exhibition game for half-time (is there a half-time in roller derby?). I haven't made it out to a match yet because I'm afraid I'll get beat up due to me being friends with Alex. _________________ ------------[] O |

Another thing that would be cool, that Alice and I talked about briefly, is that before each game they have a group of people do a demo of the rules/positions in the game. Usually this means people holding up signs that say "blocker" and "jammer" jogging around the track, but it'd be cool ass if we could do it on bikes. |

Logan and I have been talking about how to incorporate the two. Having bike polo as our half time show would be awesome! The owner of Champs would probably not let bikes on his rink though. Let me find out. If he says no, maybe we could play a game at Coolavin Park? Is the surface there painted concrete? Maybe PBR would sponsor it.
Alex has been to one of our games! I think the only thing he left with was a crush on Miss Nuk’em. No beat downs that I remember. |
