Volunteers are needed for Ironman 2008 in Louisville.
It takes roughly 2 volunteers per 1 triathlete to put on the event. You can do all types of jobs.
Last year I was a body marker and it was great to be a part of the whole scene.

Register early so you get a good job.

Of course the finish line is where it is at... those jobs go fast

I just wanted to bump this to the top so folks who are interested remember to volunteer.

I am signed up to body mark from 4 -7 am and finish line from 7p -12 a.

Even if you are not into competitive racing and that who scene it is still really cool to go watch something of this caliber happen.

Oh yeah, one of our very own is racing this year.
